Important – Leeds City Centre
Please be aware that there are significant diversions in place in Leeds City Centre due to ongoing roadworks. Please plan-ahead and allow extra time for travelling.
Pick up and drop off is not available outside the front of the hotel. Please use Leeds Train Station pick up and drop off point, and access the hotel via the private entrance situated on the station concourse (opposite the Leon restaurant).

FAQs
Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 on Wednesday 15 October. If you arrive early, the hotel concierge team can store your bags.
Collecting your room key
You can collect your room key when you check-in to the hotel.
Check-out
Guests will need to check-out by *11:00 on Thursday 16 October via the hotel reception. Luggage can be stored with the hotel concierge team or, if you are driving, you can store your belongings in your car.
*Please bear in mind that the Conference begins at 09:00 on Thursday 16 October. The first break will not be until 11:00.
Dress code
The dress code for the One Exolum Awards dinner on Wednesday 15 October is business smart.
The dress code for the NWE Conference on Thursday 16 October is smart casual.
